Off to Germany

  Much to our supporter's surprise we have managed to book a trip for Germany Tour. The team unfortunately had not managed to qualify for the tour on merit, falling just short after some disappointing performances in the last couple of weeks. However, with a stroke of luck two top 20 teams declined invitations. Both sprint4live and WestPomeranian are instead focusing on other races and with an open spot we fought off tough competition to sign up.
  Elroy Heidel will lead the team and hope to build on some promising results in Vuelta de los Castillos. Baltasar Ceratti will act as a super domestique and potential downhill guide on the king stage (an option we will take advice on!). Falkner Loch isn't the strongest climber but adds some versatility and is a potential windbreaker. Kevin Pluhar is an exceptional, if one-dimensional climber. Harold Firth is a well rounded English climber to complete the English trio and in Niek Van Poppel the team have opted for youth over experience, leaving behind Antwan Ray & Mesake Tavaga.
  We'll go, we'll see and we probably won't conquer but we might have some German support after changing our shirt design. A coincidence of course.....

  By that, you could mean the races without a certain Bourgois in attendance! Heidel certainly got good value from TF in Germany & CLP. I think next season I am going to have a 'do a breakaway race when WestPomeranian is doing a breakaway' tactic. I'll let you know if it works! What is your money going on - do you have the Selective frame already?
